I CANNOT RECOMMEND EFAX AS A RELIABLE COMPANY OR SERVICE PROVIDER UNTIL THEY UPDATE THEIR SOFTWARE. Yeah, thats right, somebody sent me a fax, possibly from the the 90s, but I wont know until I am able to open it. It is a shame that the Mac version is not updated, more of an embarrassment that the current download is not even functional on Intel Macs.Ĭome on eFax, get with the program! (no pun intended). The online websend version of eFax does not compare to the Windows desktop software counterpart. Really, it has been 6 YEARS since the LAST UPDATE. In short, I am very disappointed about 's approach to updating their software in a timely fashion. Faxes sent to multiple numbers simultaneously (such as a fax copy to yourself) cannot be performed. You cannot drag and drop files to attachment section. The software is very basic compared to the current Windows version.
Even though the software will install, IT WILL NOT SEND FAXES.
